Since I was first elected in April of 1994, it has been
a privilege to represent Racine County’s 9th
District.  I take the position very serious, as I
consider it an honor to represent those who have
placed their trust in me to make decisions that
reflect their desires and needs.
I have refused to allow myself to be used by special
interests, for I have been, and remain, one of those,
who like my constituents, have had to struggled to
make an honest living. As a resident of Racine
County’s 9th District for 30 years, I have witnessed
many changes within the community.  I have
personally seen and felt the effects of job losses
due to plant closings,
those who I represent, those that see
change to be a necessary move from the
status quo that has forced many into the
fiscal debts that we have been left to pay.
As for this website, it is my intention to
make this online publication as user friendly
as possible.  Your interests are my interests.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with
your suggestions and requests for
improving this media, or my performance as
your representative.

The Wieczorek Pavilion in Pritchard Park
Ohio and 21st. Streets
The Wieczorek Pavilion, along with the Veterans
Memorial, are highlights of this 79 acre Racine County
Park.  The pond that accents the pavilion attracts area
youth and provides great fishing experiences.
Children also enjoy the newly installed play
equipment.  Joggers take advantage of the trail that
has been installed.  The park also hosts baseball
diamonds and a regulation soccer field.
